Refund and Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
Timeframe: Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery (unless marked as final sale).
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Proof Required: For quality issues or shipping damage, provide clear photos/videos as evidence.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration (non-quality-related).
The item is a special offer, customized, or personalized product (unless defective).
Original packaging/tags are missing.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer service at support@trendhavens.shop within 30 days. Include:
Order number
Reason for return
Supporting photos (if applicable)
Step 2: We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to approve/deny your request and provide:
Return address
Packing instructions
Step 3: Ship the item back within 15 days of approval. Include the tracking number.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Free returns: We cover costs if the return is due to:
Defective/wrong item shipped
Damage during transit
Customer-paid returns: For change of mind/incorrect size orders.
5. Restocking Fees
No restocking fees apply to approved returns.
6. Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment method.
Bank Delays: Allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Contact us at support@trendhavens.shop if delays occur.
7. Order Cancellations
24-Hour Window: Cancel orders for free within 24 hours of payment.
How to Cancel: Email support@trendhavens.shop with your order number.
Shipped Orders: Cannot be canceled. You may return the item upon delivery (follow the return process).
